Privacy & data practices
This site is the personal portfolio of Chris Lee, an independent fractional UX design leader. It is built to be lightweight and respectful of your data — no analytics scripts, no tracking pixels, and no cookies set by this site.
What this site collects automatically
Nothing client-side. There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Meta or LinkedIn pixel, no Hotjar, no FullStory, and no other behavior-tracking tool installed on this page. There is no cookie consent banner because no consent is required.
What is collected when you contact me
- Email. If you email clee1091@gmail.com, that message is delivered to my Gmail inbox. Google's privacy policy applies to that delivery — policies.google.com/privacy.
- Calendly bookings. If you schedule a 30-minute intro call via the Calendly link, Calendly handles your name, email, time zone, and answers to any pre-call questions. Their privacy policy applies — calendly.com/privacy.
Third-party links
This site links to LinkedIn, Dribbble, Calendly, an external Adobe Portfolio, and a handful of other services. Each of those services has its own privacy policy and may collect data about you when you visit them. I have no control over those policies.
Hosting & server logs
This site is served as static HTML, CSS, and images. The hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page) for operational and security purposes. No personal data leaves my hands beyond those operational logs and any email or calendar communication you initiate.
Your rights
If you want me to delete email correspondence between us, reply to any thread we have or write to clee1091@gmail.com and I will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If I add analytics, tracking, or any other data collection in the future, this page will be updated and the date below will change.
